This workshop is designed to educate and train individuals in the discipline of stretch therapy.

This is a weekend of nonstop growth, development, and fun. First a review of bio-mechanics and planes of motion, then going into the details of the fascial anatomy. Throughout the weekend we will go over static posture assessment, movement assessment, gait assessment.
